We recently completed a small-scale infill subdivision project in Ipswich for a residential property developer. This project involved civil engineering works to transform the site into residential housing lots.
Project Scope
We were contracted to deliver the civil engineering project to enable this infill subdivision. Our team completed bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure as well as internal and external roadworks to facilitate the new housing lots. The total project value was $1.5 million delivered over a 3 month timeframe.
