We are currently working on delivering a residential housing estate on Pioneer Drive, Raceview for Grayson Pty Ltd. This project involves extensive civil works, including tree clearing, bulk earthworks, road construction and underground services to support a 22-lot residential community.

We were engaged by Grayson Pty Ltd to undertake the civil works required for this $2.7 million subdivision. Working closely with OSKA Consulting Group, our team is delivering essential infrastructure, including roadworks, stormwater management, and underground services that form the backbone of the development. The project will support Ipswich’s growing residential needs by providing well-connected, fully serviced housing lots.
