We are currently working on delivering a residential townhouse estate and proposed medical centre in Sunnybank Hills for a property developer. The scope of this project involves the creation of 35 townhouse lots and a medical centre carpark with bulk earthworks, roadworks and underground services.
Project Scope
We were engaged by Unipo to undertake the civil works required for this subdivision. Our team is working alongside van der Meer Consulting to deliver essential infrastructure, including roadworks and underground services for this project.
