We are currently delivering a large-scale lifestyle community project for over 50s developer Ingenia Communities. This project involves significant civil engineering works to transform rural land into a masterplanned over 50s community.
Project Scope
We have been contracted by leading over 50s community developer Ingenia Communities to deliver the civil engineering project to enable this new lifestyle community development. Our team is undertaking bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure as well as internal and external roads for the development. The total project value is $12 million over an 18 month delivery timeframe.
We are pleased to partner with Ingenia Communities again, alongside consulting engineers Lambert & Rehbein, to deliver another key project for their growing portfolio of lifestyle communities. Our team is working closely with the client and consultant to ensure successful delivery.
