We are currently working on delivering 80 lots in the Victoria Point region for an over 50 communities’ developer. The scope of this community project involves bulk earthworks, roadworks and underground services.
Project Scope
We were contracted by Ingenia Communities to deliver the civil engineering works on this over 50’s residential community in Victoria Point. Our team is currently working on completing the project in Stage 3 of this community.
Ingenia Communities is a leading Australian developer and operator of seniors lifestyle communities. We were pleased to partner with Ingenia on this project to deliver the civil works and infrastructure to support the development of their new over 50s lifestyle community at Victoria Point.
