We recently completed a small-scale infill subdivision project in Moreton Bay for a residential property developer. This project involved civil engineering works to transform the site into 6 residential housing lots.
Project Scope
We were contracted to deliver the civil engineering project to enable this 6-lot infill subdivision. Our team completed bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure as well as internal roadworks to facilitate the 6 new housing lots. The total project value was $1 million delivered over a 2 month timeframe.
Our client focuses on small-scale infill subdivision projects to maximise housing density opportunities across Moreton Bay. We were pleased to partner with them and consulting engineers Inertia Engineering to deliver the infrastructure for this 6-lot subdivision.
