We recently completed a small-scale infill subdivision project in Redland Bay for a residential property developer. This project involved civil engineering works to transform the site into 5 residential housing lots.
Project Scope
We were contracted to deliver the civil engineering project to enable this 5-lot infill subdivision. Our team completed bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure to facilitate the 5 new housing lots. The total project value was $1 million delivered over a 3 month timeframe.
Our client focuses on small-scale infill subdivision projects to maximize housing density opportunities across the Redlands.
