We are currently delivering a childcare development project in Mundoolun for commercial developer Quantum Group. This project involves civil engineering works to prepare the site including bulk earthworks, retaining walls and services.
Project Scope
We have been contracted by Quantum Group to provide the civil engineering works involved in preparing this site for their new childcare development in Mundoolun. Our team is delivering bulk earthworks, retaining structures, roadworks, sewer, stormwater and water infrastructure to ready the location for Quantum’s commercial build project. The total preparatory civil works project value is $1 million.
Quantum Group develops and owns a range of commercial assets including childcare facilities, medical centres and service stations across Queensland. We are pleased to partner with them and Arcardis to ensure successful infrastructure delivery for Quantum’s new Mundoolun childcare development.
