We completed a small-scale subdivision project in Morayfield for a residential property developer. This project involved preliminary civil engineering works to transform the site into 9 residential housing lots.
Project Scope
We were contracted by Sherlock Homes to deliver the civil engineering project to enable this residential development. Our team completed bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure as well as all internal and external roads for the 9 lot development. The total project value was $400k delivered over a 6 month timeframe.
Sherlock Homes is a boutique property developer focused on residential projects across Brisbane.
