We completed a subdivision in Morayfield for a residential property developer. The scope of this project involved bulk earthworks and retaining walls for 13 housing lots.
Project Scope
We were contracted by the McAndrew Group to deliver the civil engineering works on this residential townhouse development. Our team completed bulk earthworks, as well as roadworks and underground services for the 13 lot development. The total project value was $1.5m delivered over a 10 month timeframe.
McAndrew Group is a property developer focused on residential housing projects across South East Queensland. We were pleased to partner with McAndrew Group on this project to deliver the civil works and infrastructure to support their development at Cornerstone.
