We are currently delivering a large residential subdivision project in Beaudesert for over 50s community developer Ingenia Communities. This project involves civil engineering works to transform rural land into a masterplanned over 50s neighbourhood.
Project Scope
We have been contracted by leading over 50s community developer Ingenia Communities to deliver the civil engineering infrastructure for this new 110 lot lifestyle subdivision. Our team is undertaking all bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water works as well as internal and external roadways. The total project value is $4 million.
Ingenia Communities is focused on creating residential communities tailored for the over 50s across Australia. We are pleased to partner with them again alongside Colliers as project engineers to deliver this new over 50s neighbourhood in Beaudesert. Our team is working closely with the client and consultant to ensure successful delivery.
