We recently completed a residential subdivision project for Integrated Projects. This project involved civil engineering works to transform the land into a 20 lot housing subdivision.
Project Scope
We were contracted by Integrated Projects to deliver the civil engineering works for this 20 lot subdivision. Our team completed all bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure as well as internal and external roadworks and retaining walls. The total project value was $2 million over a 4 month timeframe.
Integrated Projects focuses on housing subdivision projects across the region. We were pleased to partner with them and their consultants Hurley Consulting Engineers to successfully deliver this new 20 lot development on time and on budget.
