Norhart Developments contracted us to deliver the full civil engineering scope required to transform this site into a 35 lot rural residential subdivision in Kalbar. Our works included all bulk earthworks, provision of underground services, internal roadways and stormwater drainage infrastructure. The total project value was $3.6 million.
