We recently completed a residential subdivision project at Cassowary Court for boutique developer Sherlock Homes. This project involved civil engineering works to transform the site into a community of townhouse lots.
Project Scope
We were contracted by Sherlock Homes to deliver the civil engineering infrastructure to enable this townhouse development. Our team completed all bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water works as well as internal and external roadways for the 64 lot project. The total project value was $2 million delivered over a 4 month timeframe.
