We are currently working on Stage 1 of a 74 lot subdivision in the Mirani for a residential property developer. The scope in Stage 1 of this large scale residential community project involves the completion of 74 lots through bulk earthworks, roadworks, underground services, roadworks and external road upgrades.
Project Scope
We were contracted by Certainty Wealth to deliver the civil engineering works on Riverbend, a large scale residential development in the Mackay region. Our team is currently working on completing the bulk earthworks in Stage 1 of this residential community. The total project value for Stage 1 was $10m.
This project is set to enhance Mackay’s residential offering, providing modern housing options in a well-connected location. We look forward to its completion.
