We are currently working on delivering a large scale residential estate in the Lockyer Valley for a property developer. The scope of Stage 6&7 in this community involves the creation of 46 residential lots with bulk earthworks, roadworks and underground services.
Project Scope
We were engaged by Park Lake Adare to undertake the civil works required for Stage 6&7 of this residential subdivision. Our team is working alongside van der Meer Consulting to deliver essential infrastructure, including roadworks and underground services for this residential project.
We are proud to partner with them on this project to create a well-planned community in Adare. Stage 6 & 7 of this development will provide further residential lots in a desirable location, enhancing the area’s housing options.
