We are currently working on a 14 lot subdivision in the Victoria Point region for a residential property developer. The scope of this residential community project involves bulk earthworks, roadworks and underground services.
Project Scope
We were contracted by Orchard Property Group to deliver the civil engineering works on this residential development in Victoria Point. Our team is currently working on completing the project in Stage 1 of this residential community. The total project value for Stage 1 was $1.5m.
This project is set to enhance Victoria Point’s residential offering, providing modern housing options in a well-situated location. We look forward to its completion.
